to help me keep track of my calories and plan my days out ahead of Tim e. From what I have gathered I need to eat around 1500 calories per day in order to lose about 2 pounds per week. If I add exercise to that I should be able to lose a little more than that per week. Fitday is great because it shows me what percentage of my food is protein, carbs, fat, and alcohol. I don't really drink so I don't have to worry about that one! It also tracks your exercise. Today I took the dogs on a 30 minute walk which was a task in itself. I have 2 huge boy labs that seriously have to pee on every corner, tree, or mailbox they see. I may have to take them every other day but they need exercise too so I need to take them.
